Refund policy

RETURN POLICY

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging.

Items that cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines).
  • Intimate or sanitary products.
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable software products.
  • Some health and personal care items.
  • Custom or made-to-order products (unless they arrive defective or damaged).

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Free return shipping:

Return shipping costs are covered by us. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return label.

No restocking fees:

We do not charge any additional fees for restocking returned items.

Partial refunds (if applicable):

In some cases, partial refunds are granted:

  • Books with obvious signs of use.
  • CDs, DVDs, video games, or other media that have been opened.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refund process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:

  1. Double-check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items:

All items, including those on sale, can be returned and refunded within 30 days.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@lyonpr.com and send your item to: Hc-71 Box 7223, Cayey, PR, 00736.

Care for 3D printed items:

All our products are made from PLA, a biodegradable and environmentally friendly material. Please note that PLA products can warp if exposed to temperatures above 60°C or prolonged direct sunlight. We do not accept returns due to natural wear or improper handling.

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
